We at Westleigh Dental Practice have found that even when children have been to the dentist before, they often do not know what to expect when they come to see us. On the first and all subsequent visits we aim to provide children with full information about the visit, to help them overcome their anxieties. We firmly believe that this approach prepares the child to enter adulthood with a positive attitude towards dental health.
		Our practice philosophy is based upon three philosphies. The first being, prevention, by a continuing programme of instruction in dental health tailored to the patient's age. Secondly, encouragement, for our patients to readily assume greater responsibility for their own dental health as they get older, and without constant reminders from their parents. Finally, we aim for the highest possible standard of clinical expertise. So with these factors in mind we at Westleigh Dental Practice, have employed a Dental Therapist, who is specifically trained to care for your child’s dental health. We have many years experience of dedicated child dental care, both in practice and in education.
	Children's Dental Treatment Costs Upto six years old free of charge for all examinations and preventative care. From six to eleven years old, Denplan Childcare Group A. From eleven to sixteen years old, Denplan Childcare Group B.
